Gvybe facilitates live video interaction between hosts and performers. Gvybe does not record, store, or monitor live video feeds unless required to do so by law or for safety and moderation purposes. Hosts control their own camera settings and may disable their feed at any time. Performers are responsible for ensuring their own streaming environment is appropriate.
Messages sent through Gvybe's in-app chat — including direct host-to-performer messages and any guest room chat — may be temporarily stored to operate and moderate the service. Gvybe may review message content in cases of reported abuse, safety concerns, or legal obligation. Message data is not used for advertising purposes.
Information submitted through Gvybe's waitlist forms (host or performer) is used solely to evaluate applications and communicate early access status. This data will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
